International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. AUMINT is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any damage, alterations, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at aumintcollection@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation within 2 business days.

Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
  • If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item to you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and indicate your preferred exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund instead.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
